The store was just remodeled and it looks great but stuff is everywhere, boxes all over the place and it’s blocking crucial areas. The remodel is definitely not finished as far as I can tell. Only one register was open with a huge line. Our cashier was terrible, rude, she was using one hand to work and just looking around not paying attention. She was throwing the woman in front of us loose merchandise in her cart. She also slammed our bag on the counter, our bag which contained a glass bottle and a bowl with zero acknowledgment of doing so even after I winced. I don’t know her name but we were on register #2 at 8/4 8:22pm, she has very long black wavy hair.

I would literally give 0 stars to this specific location. Why is there only 2 checkout lanes opened at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon? After waiting patiently in line, my pregnant fiancée and I were next to be checked out and the cashier looked at us and said I’m done. After asking if i had to go to the back of line he tells me yes. This is completely out of line. If it was his time to clock out then the MANAGER should check him out and find another employee to take over his line. We Spent well over $200 at this location and received the absolute worst customer service from all parties involved. We were offered a $10 gift card for our inconvenience after spending $260. The management team should be embarrassed and honestly replaced!

Product was on the shelf (a LEGO set) that my son was incredibly excited about getting. Got to checkout and they told me the set isn't supposed to be sold yet and shouldn't have been on the shelf. I am very upset. It is incredibly unprofessional that product is our that shouldn't be. Congratulations Target, you disappointed my son. Hope you're proud of yourself!
