Lake Oaks is a very nice looking park of manufactured homes located in quiet setting close to amenities in Placerville. Not many homes have garages.

Yes. Many people have pets. Lots of dogs are walked around the lake. There are "doggie stations" with bags for poop. :)

Spaces are around $600, utilities are what ever you use, the same as for a house.

Currently the park allows you to have a dog that doesn't have larger than 16" back hips. For anything larger, you need to call Sharon, the Park Manager at 530-622-4356 and ask.
