We have one lot that should be ready soon. Need to clean up some trees that were too close to the previous home first.

We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath single-wide coming available about the end of the month. We're waiting on the new hickory laminate floors for the living areas and carpet for the bedrooms. Rent will be $825/month. Pictures are on our website at www.TurtleCoveMHP.com

At present, we don't have any homes for sale. And I don't know of any of the homeowners that rent our lots trying to sell their homes. Our lot rents are $250/month.

Thank you Christy. My wife and I will semi-retire in a year or so and we're getting a good head start on making plans for the transition.

Simple answer is $150 per pet, and we require that you have renters' insurance for the liability coverage.

We do accept Section 8. However if yours is through NY, I believe you need to go through the application process again in NC.

Our lots are rented on an annual basis only, and are for mobile homes only. If you are looking for an RV site, our zoning does not allow it.

Yes. My sister lives there and has a dog and a cat :) It really is a nice area. Everyone seems really nice out there too.
