What happens if you bought an item but accidentally left it at the store and no one will answer the phone and at the moment I cant go back up there

Show them the receipt and they will most likely give you the part.

You can go back to the store with your receipt and they will usually let you get it.

Nothing much you can do, only way is if you go back right away after you bought it.
