Took my 9 month old to the ER because he woke up with a fever of 104 and when I got to the front desk she had an attitude. I asked her, the nurses walking by and even the people that took his vitals if they could get some Tylenol for him while we wait. The girl that said she was going to get it walked off before she was done and never came back. I walked out and went to evergreen urgent care where he immediately got into a room. They put my sons life in danger and none of them seemed to have any clue about what they are supposed to be doing. By the time I got to evergreen his temp was 104.6. Mercy wasted my time.

Do not come here for emergency services. You will not be seen for 5+ hours and then you will stay in a room for 5+ hours with zero communication, room was dirty with dried blood on the walls

I’m not one to leave negative reviews or be rude in any way but I honestly wish you didn’t have to leave a star. Workers were very unsimpathetic especially Beatrice or Beatrix I forgot how to spell her name but she works at the front desk. She was very cold and rude to me and others including telling a women who asked how long it would be who’s husband was in a bad condition that they weren’t a fast food restaurant or drive through. I was having horrible head pains and dizziness and still am because she wouldn’t update me on anything to do with my imaging and told me no one would call me or do anything if I left. At this point we had been there for hours and I was as polite as possible but she was very condescending and rude and cut me off multiple times when I tried to ask questions just replying with the same answer that no one would call me if I left. It’s horrible that people can be so mean and unsimpathetic but in an emergency room where people are suffering and in pain there’s really no excuse. Everyone in there is in dire need of empathy and to not be so focused on cashing their checks at the end of the day. :(

I took my 4 year old son there tonight and the dr and all of the nurses were amazing! Dr Jacob was so great with my little guy. So patient and kind. And the nurses were amazing! They really went out of their way to make him comfortable.

Hi Penelope, Sorry for the delay in responding this is not monitored 24/7. We would always recommend that you call your doctor directly or if you feel your situation is urgent or emergent that you go to either one of the Urgent Cares or call 911 or go to the ED. We are unable to answer any medical questions.
No, it is on the medical floor. The 3rd floor. PCU is on the 2nd floor.
Hello! your birth record can be located at the County office where you were born. I hope that helps!
Hello, currently it is one support person.
Hi Jerry, Our family birthplace does not list newborn babies on our website. However, births are shared in the local newspaper. Thank you!
Hi Jerry, We do not publish a list, but parents that choose to do so can send a notice to the News Review to be included in a list they print. It may be available online from them as well, but not positive.
Call the hospital as long as you have there 1st n last name they should tell you
Hi Cody, The best option is for your to see your doctor or health provider. There are several clinics in town that offer urgent care as well. Take care
I would call and talk to the charge nurse. I wouldn't mix meds without talking to a professional first
Hi Brittany, It does depend, but if you feel your medical situation requires emergency care, please just come in. You may have to wait if other people have more life threatening health issues, but it's better just to come in. Take care
Hi Lisa, if you see something like this again, please make sure it gets reported to our Security team. They are available 24/7. Someone on that team will follow up, and if necessary, review video footage, as we do have cameras thorough out the campus. It helps to have it reported immediately with time, description of the person and where you observed this occurring, so the security team can respond quickly. In addition someone on that team will touch base with the patient’s care team to alert them as well. Also, if you directly observe something that you would consider imminently dangerous, to the person or to others, or if you see illegal activity, please call 911 for law enforcement response. Thank you.
Hi Linda, Our former CEO was from New York area and lost several friends at the WTC, including a couple that were firefighters. One of our staff member's daughter and son-in law worked at Windows of the World restaurant. They both had that day off and felt so incredibly blessed, when they learned that the beams were available, they asked about bringing one back to add to our memorial. The two of them coordinated a trip west with the beam. Kathleen
Mercy is currently licensed for 174 beds
They should be. I am not 100 percent positive. If you go to the hospital you should be able to ask the medical records staff in administration that question and they should be able to help you.
Hi Leslie, yes we do offer inpatient dialysis. We coordinate with Diavita for this service. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Hi, thank you for your question! I will check on this and let you know as soon as I can. Hopefully within a day or two at most.
Hi Britt, In an emergency anyone can bring another person in to the emergency department.
Yes, we can accept that and perform the testing.
