I was wondering if my CAT scans are in my medical records at the hospital? I need them for my Social Security hearing in June, to poor to get more, any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you. James M. Neal

They should be. I am not 100 percent positive. If you go to the hospital you should be able to ask the medical records staff in administration that question and they should be able to help you.

If you got them done at the hospital, they should be in your chart records. Labs, imaging, and tests are part of your electronic health record and are not deleted. As Devon suggested, reach out to the medical records staff and they should be able to find it for you. Good luck!
