I'm writing this review on behalf of my father Randy Spears. We had an appointment at 12pm on 2-21-22. We had a chip in our windshield that had to be fixed and we also had a small nick that I asked to be repaired. The guy at the counter said he would mention this to the repair technician. 30 minutes later the small nick was not repaired. The technician said he didn't know about the nick. We asked the guy behind the counter if he told the technician about it and he said "no, I didn't have time". I called him out on it and he got mad at me and made a snide remark saying "Do you want me to charge you for both?" in a very condescending way. While he was "busy" he was really on the phone ordering parts for his personal truck and messing around with co-workers. It would be a lot easier to explain what else he said over a phone call. If the owner sees this please contact me.
