2 hour wait time for walk in X-rays and it wasn’t even busy.

My husband was scheduled weeks in advance here for an appointment. They called him late--the day before the morning appointment--to reschedule with no explanation, to a later time for the same day. He was already scheduled to work and he communicated that this new time was a schedule conflict. He was put on hold, transferred, put on hold, then told by an employee that they would call him back to resolve this. As this was toward the end of Mercy's office hours, they did not call back. He called Mercy first thing this morning and explained what took place yesterday. The employee acted like this was an extreme inconvenience, even though it was a Mercy employee who rescheduled with him last minute, for a time when he was not available. Mercy had already ordered serum for my husband's appointment and they could not answer whether we would be charged extra for it. They also didn’t have clear communication regarding the patient portal process or have transparency with billing. Overall, this could have been a better experience.

Medical Scan fraudulent billing. Was quoted one price for "cash out the door", received a second bill for same ultrasound with no explanation billed to my insurance which doesn't pay(and told mercy that) for reading results. Failure to disclose , hidden costs. Consumer rating -2. Don't believe them on fees. Flat out fraud.

I'm having a mri on my head I forgot can I drink coffee?

I just looked it up and it says you should be able to drink clear liquids as in tea, black coffee, water e.t.c up to six hours before the exam. Not sure if that's actually the case but you can call the receptionist also and she should be able to help you out 🙂
