I enjoy auditioning here, but the staff that answers the phone (receptionists) needs to be more respectful to those that are non-union and have did only 1 Sag/Union role. I called to ask about my check since has been over 3 1/2 weeks and the guy that answered was rude when I told him I don’t have contact for the union. Mind you this is my FIRST UNION ROLE! I am fairly new to background acting in general and how the process works. He had the nerve to tell me to just “google it” with a sarcastic laugh like I should already know this info. Just downright disrespect! I would be weary of the receptionists there and give them the same energy they give you!

Had a great experience they gave me 150$ at the start for a commercial and then couldn’t do the commercial so they just tried getting me the money instead I think Jason and Diane are great , man and they helped me out big time I like this place and would like for many others to go there👍🏼😎
