We applied for our benefits on July 6, after 20 days i.e on July 26 they still say that it takes uncertain time, I believe these guys are not working, their attitude is also none professional, it is really frustrating, is there any way to fix this situation?

It can be crowded but the employees are great and they help you out great staff have not had any problems through out the years but they.need to hire more friendly people

Generally speaking, they deal with many persons everyday. Probably guarded at times because the people requesting help are running with emotions high. They tend to forget these workers are trying to help. if you self reflect ar times when you have dealt with that nature all we hear is the tone and not what is being said. in my personal experience I have noticed that when I start off by saying, "thank you for your time. I appreciate it," the worker seems less guarded and is more helpful.

It's a known inconvenience by this systems protocal not keeping files updated and reassigned social workers help provide this inconvenience too many doing so little . Your lucky to have a single worker I had over 10 and everyone of them made more work and less benifets to depend on

Yes he needs to go to in home support services >n Oakland fill out application then do a orientation to be hired as a care worker then he will need to get a background check to be assigned and she will be his employer and the hours will be paid to him Being spouse gets less approved hours living there Better than nothing
