Called to inquire about flowers for a memorial. The owners informed my cousin and I to look on the website so we did! After we found the funeral spray we were interested in she proceeded to tell us to hold on, as we were holding for approximately 6/7 mins the spray we were interested in disappeared from the web page! She came back to the phone to inform us that they did not have the flower arrangement even though we were actively looking at it and had screen shot the picture! I honestly believe she wanted us to purchase a more expensive arrangement so she removed the one we were interested in while putting us on hold! She was very disturbed that we had the picture screenshot, and she did allow us to send it to her to proceed however when she asked for my cousin credir card information and my cousin asked her what was our total price for the sprays she told us she couldn’t do business with us 😂 like lady we have a right to no how much you are charging us before giving you our info! Also lees discount flowers have the exact set up on their website so we were trying to decide if they were affiliated, and she was just angry and rude! I would no recommend anyone to Carmen because that’s not how you treat people especially when they are dealing with a death….
