They need new workers they don’t do they job and make it seem like people is crazy when they get frustrated they can’t even communicate properly who department needs to be fixed honestly it’s draining just how the workers don’t want to be up there neither do us people

A little on the busy side compared to West Oakland office, but I have fewer arrests at this locale. (I understand there are other people with the exact opposite experience. ;). As usual, phone service pretty aweful, arboreal answering message wilderness, no live rep option, lots of mandatory "extra" info, message designed for slow listeners, etc. But live service pretty good if you already know everything. If you get duplicate forms sent to you, don't expect a useful response from front line workers unless you just don't want your Medi-Cal insurance any more. The back office employees (de facto supes) usually know a lot more. Make sure you don't screw yourself. Nice waiting area, but no natural lighting in the hangar.

Go reapply. You can even do it online, a case worker will call you & give you any other necessary info
Inside the mall, there is a drop box
Be there at 8am and apply the application has to be in and approved by 11am. But the don't homeless vouchers they give allotments for hotel stay for 15 days

It's best to go to a police station if you want any kind of police reports.
Yes you just have to fill out all your paperwork and answer hella questions but you can and especially since theres a child involved
