18 in most places but sometimes independently owned OR even franchises require the purchaser to be 21. Depending upon which products you intend to purchase. To be able to even buy a lighter here u MUST have ID showing that you are at the very least 18

Yes they have a wide selection of different flavors and they have a couple house juice that's just as good as the name brands but it's way cheaper.
