Take the time to go somewhere else. The lines are terrible and they are very disorganized. I waited for almost 1.5 hours just to pick up basic prescriptions I get every month. I called in to schedule refills earlier in the morning, called again late morning to check in and make sure the phone system processed the refills - the pharmacy confirmed yes - then show up at 4pm and only 1 out of 4 prescriptions was ready. They asked me to wait 10 minutes, I ended up getting called back after 30, only to be told there was an insurance issue. I literally had to explain how insurance works and they argued with me for a while. I suggested they try processing the prescription…and the insurance approved it right then and there. The pharmacist was so annoyed she stopped talking to me and just walked away. I had to confirm if her walking away meant she was filling the prescription (which was for my 12 year old). I ended up waiting again for another 45 minutes. I really wish my insurance company didn’t contract exclusively with Walgreens (we have military Tricare). Moving forward, I’m just going to drive to a Walgreens farther away - their disorganization and delays completely derailed my day. As a side note, the ladies working the registers were very polite and apologized, even if the pharmacist didn’t.

This place makes the MVA look like a 5 star resort. I don't think customer service can be any worse than in this place with the best of imagination. The line to the drugstore can have 20 people waiting, no one working there is ever even bother by that and you will be scolded for showing any sign of dissatisfaction. I often feel like it is run by Zombies. How they are surviving as a business is beyond me.

This is a great location. Always clean, organized and the staff are awesome. I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Pharmacist, Haeyoung. She really went above and beyond her duties to assist me and I will forever be thankful for her.

This is the closest location of Walgreens for us and we occasionally stop by here to get medical supplies and photos. The location is off to the side in a busy shopping strip. Parking can be a challenge given the popularity of other stores here. The store is well organized and clean and that is all the store is good for. The staff is mildly helpful on a good day. Also, the hours are limited compared to the CVS down the road. Because of these reasons, this is not my preferred store for pharmacy supplies.
