I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews but was extremely disappointed. After one hour and 20 minutes waiting without seeing the doctor I had to leave for another appointment. I’m not the only person I know who has had this experience. The place is bustling and somewhat harried. I did not get a sense that there was great personal attention to any patient. It felt like a factory. If you have a choice to go elsewhere I would recommend it. They seem to have no respect for my time and I can’t help but wonder how that translates to patient care.

No they don't take all insurances. They don't take Mass health which gives 1 free pair of glasses every 24 months. I was told my glasses would be ready on Nov 27. Their web site said they were open, so I went in to get them. The office was closed. Today is Dec 1 but they still don't have my glasses, won't cancel the order or refund my money. They don't call back either. Good luck.
But the plus is they are open on Saturday and they are awesome!
