Not worth bringing big bags of your stuff, waiting in line for more than an hour and selling for little money. I’d rather donate my clothes to other organizations next time. They’re short on staff and were slow & inefficient, although they are nice.

Another great day!! Made $175 in store credit! I am a total shopper and resale is part of the process. I never make less than $150 a visit! Everything I bring in fits the shops needs. TIPS: the correct season, clean, no wrinkles, neatly folded in a suitcase. Do not bring junk in an old grocery bag. And, please be respectful of the staff. They are darling young people that work really hard to keep an inviting shop. Big HUG to the staff..🤩

The staff has always been helpful and knowledgable about their product. When I shop here I always know what I'm looking for so I'm in and out very quickly. Also-- donate your old Crossroads Trading shoes and they'll refurbish them to be given to those in need. Top that off with the fact Crossroads Trading is made in America and it's an all-around fantastic business.

Rude and clueless buyers, I specifically separated the shoes in plastic bags from the clothes because I didn't want them to get dirty. Yet as the buyer was taking them out she just throws the shoes right on top of the other clean garments that she wasn't planning on buying in. So nasty. WILL NOT COME AGAIN.
