This was my church when I lived in SF. Wonderful young adult community. The Dominican priests are also very personable and patient with all kinds. The building itself is gorgeous-it reminds me of Italian churches. In addition, because of the connection with the Dominican order, you feel like you become a member of every Dominican church in the country and the world.

Beautiful church , like a mini cathedral, they have a wonderful choir and offer a very solemn mass service in Latin. They also have a columbary beside the Blessed DSacrament which is so special, wish all churches could. A peaceful spiritual oasis in the 💜 of SFO.

Candle light mass is a regular mass during which they only use candle light. It's approximately 1 hour long and it happens every Sunday at 9pm.

There's a free parking lot at St. Dominic's. If you are driving it is less than ten minutes to get to St. Mary's Cathedral.
Easter Sunday: 7:30am, 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm (Spanish), 5:30pm. No 9pm mass. Tonight (Saturday), Easter Vigil mass 8pm (counts for Sunday Easter mass, but it is longer).
No. Easter Vigil mass does have singing and a choir. I think there is a Catholic church in SF, that does the Latin mass. On Geary? Also, try Marin county.
