I will never come back to this hospital. It blows my mind that a state of the art hospital such as this (or at least that's the reputation) would ve so far behind d the times. From their Covid policies, phone systems, and staffing. Also, I have had the reat of my life ruined due to surgeries I received. I have to return to school as I can't go back to my career due to surgery mistakes!! I'm a 50 year old woman, and my 74 year old mother came to take care of me post surgery. They made her leave the hospital with no place to wait. Come on UCSF get it together. Don't think reviews matter anymore but if one person can be helped by this one, I guess I did my due diligence. Unlike UCSF hospital.

Kurt The audiologist is fantastic! He was able to repair an old cochlear price until new ones are available. The whole staff and department do excellent work. From hearing test to surgery and aftercare.

Recently, I was scheduled to meet with a doctor other than my primary care physician (PCP) to discuss very disturbing lab results, although I messaged my PCP earlier. Because of the pandemic and "new residents" in training, I cannot even schedule a video or phone appointment with my PCP for this month. Furthermore, there are no guarantees that they can schedule an in-person visit with my PCP for earliest day next month either. My ongoing, unresolved health issues gives me a very uneasy feeling about what is yet to come. Should I wait longer and suffer in misery? Update: Recently, although I scheduled an advanced booking/reservation with a specialist ASAP, it was cancelled by the "doctor" or the receptionist. Musical chairs or a circus juggling act? However, I received a message que thru MyChart for a critical visit my PCP next week, I'll update later.
