The team you have here has change my opinion on going to a dealership. You have great customer service, you care about your customers and give optional routes to fix your car. Instead of selling me a new transmission, they understood the value of my car compared to the transmission and suggested to buy a used which they would source and install but also letting me know that it would be under warranty by the dealership but by the company they bought it from which was very good to know. Each time I've gone there it's been the same nothings been changed on how they greet you and take care of you. I'll keep going there as my #1 car repairer. Keep up the great work everyone. Thank you Olivia for taking care of me each time I've gone there in an timely fashion and being upfront about things. The fact that you go ask questions if you don't know is a really strong skill I like to see in people instead of giving me a idc answer.

All staff I spoke with on phone and in person were congenial and answered all my questions. I’ve had my car in for yearly checkups before and have never had any issues following appointments. Plan on seeing them again next year.

My service experience was great and I will definitely be returning in the future for any service needs! I was very satisfied with the option of getting a Lyft ride to/from the dealership while the car was being serviced. When the diagnostic was done, I got notified by text and given the maintenance options. I was expecting a call directly after that to discuss with a technician, but I ended up having to call after waiting 2 hours. My car needed a back-ordered part, so the dealership thankfully offered a rental car at no cost to me. The service was done sooner than expected. And they were not pushy at all about the optional extra maintenance work. Their prices are reasonable; I got a quote from a couple other nearby mechanics for the work I needed done, and they both had higher rates. When I picked up my car l, I believe they had given it a car wash too!

Tire was leaking. Service tech was friendly, quick and effective. Found two nails and patched the tires. Very happy with the result and my car is up and running.
