Lipstick stains on the sheets, god-only-knows-what stains on the towels, spider in the bathtub, unknown gummy and sticky spots on the discolored carpet. Hotel staff seems to be a one or two man operation, as we were greeted by a man in his PJs upon our late check-in. The TV had the wrong remote and therefore was not usable, but there was a working microwave and mini fridge. I'd spend the extra fifty for a good night's sleep.

Me & my twin stayed here for a week while visiting family in the nearby area. & our stay at the cameo was great! The room was clean ,the staff was great, & they got us a decent room for a good price. We have no complaints & if we came back to the portland area we'd stay here again

The cameo is a cute local affordable room. They are family owned and have always been a huge contributing factor the 82nd sandy. I've only stayed once when I had got kicked out my parents at 19, however I drive by everyday on my way to places and value seeing their sign at night 💚

So they are not the cleanest.there was blood spots on the ceiling, blood or mud on my sheets on one of the beds.My shower curtain would not stay closed at all on either side of the shower, causing water to puddle up all over the bathroom floor. Plus there were some shady looking people hanging out around outside in the parking lot all hours of the night, doing who knows what...NOT A PLACE SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN..plus it shouldn't be so expensive for what it is.
