Girlfriend was diagnosed with Covid so tried to cancel almost immediately after booking. Was not offered a refund, credit, or option to change dates. Also highly over priced. Every hotel in the downtown area looks much more appealing for a similar price. Do not book a stay here, terrible customer service.

Okay, so the pictures look nice on the site right? Well the rooms look nothing like that. There is barely enough room to move around in these rooms. The toilet and sink were separate entities, you had to leave the toilet are to wash your hand next to the bed. The toilet paper was rust stained. There were ants crawling around the toilet and in the tub. The Tub seal was broken water damaged and I'm pretty sure moldy. There were bugs IN THE BED, on the wall and it was gross. And there was a blood stain on one of our comforters. DO NOT STAY HERE. We noped out of there in less than 20 minutes., it took us longer to park than to be in the room.

All the staff were very friendly!! But that is about it when it comes to anything positive about this place . The first room they gave us there was ants everywhere even in the bed. When I went to go tell them they quickly changed us rooms. The new room also had ants in the bathroom. By the end of our stay the ants were EVERYWHERE. We were told that they were fully booked and there was nothing that could be done. They did give us some ant and roach spray so we can spray the room. The shower rod was broken and coming out of wall. The mini fridge did not work. The tables were dirty and sticky. Parking so there is about 10 spots available and if you don’t get one your SOL you have the option to either double park behind someone or pay for parking nearby which is pricey. The location is okay you can walk anywhere downtown pretty fast however it’s right on the on and off ramp to the freeway so it gets a bit busy and loud at times. Also the second night we were there the electricity was out for about an hour. Over all would not recommend to anyone

Dirty dirty dirty. Basically a roof over your head. No cable local channels air conditioning breakfast no knocks on the door to protect your privacy management guy walked in on me UNANNOUNCED while I was undressed 😡. Let's not talk about the poor customer service of the young front desk guy!!! Honestly we could have had a more pleasant experience renting a space in the homeless camp 🏕
