ANOTHER LOT RENTAL INCREASE ANNOUNCED FOR 2022! That makes EIGHT RENT INCREASES IN 7 1/2 YEARS! In addition to the rent increases, BRE also performs annual "360 degree" housing unit inspections and then burdens the home owners with mandated repairs and improvements that they (not the home owner) think are important. I, for one, can no longer afford to perform any routine maintenance to my home due to the unending rent increases. If you are thinking about buying a mobile home at BRE ignore the phony good reviews (especially the contributions from people who don't actually live here) . Nobody who does live at BRE has anything good to say about the park management. Believe me, buying a housing unit here will cost you a lot more than you think!

There is no allowance for owning for the purpose of renting or leasing in this, or likely ANY, Hynes Group mobile home park.

No. They are very particular about the appearances of the exterior. No swings of any kinds or children's toys either.

Who ever you contract to deliver it. You choose what company you want, its not mandatory that you use any particular service.
