Women couldn’t hear me and made me spell my name 4 times and then still spelled it wrong which lead to her not being able to find my prescription. Told her I had two ready and which two they were and gave me two but not the correct one - because she had her mask on I couldn’t hear her and the glass protector thing she was in front of plus the mask made it impossible for her to hear me- had to keep asking the other staff questions. I have primary and secondary insurance and they only take one not the other which I wasn’t informed of so my meds that should have been free were not. Women did not understand what I was asking and had to keep ringing in the meds because everytime I went to pay she would press a button that would stop the transaction until I beat her to it and swiped before she could mess up another time. Drive through pharmacy was backed up to because everyone had to keep helping this lady who only had one job.

I’ve just had the worst experience of my life at the window at Walgreens pharmacy in Rochester. It actually really hurts me to write this review given that my past and visit there have been pretty efficient and pleasant. In advance I called for my prescriptions and was told they would be finished at 1 o’clock. They notified me on time and in the notification one prescription was missing. This is something I have been taking for over 12 years. Multiple times daily. And I have literally never experienced somebody so rude as the blonde Guy just was to me. I pulled up to the window and said I think there might have been a mistake with one of my prescriptions. He replied probably because we’ve been out of it quite often! This has never once happened to me. Given the severity and nature of this medication this person could not have been less sensitive, more terrifying, or show less empathy and compassion for somebody who was very obviously confused and scared. As I looked at him dumbfounded, I was eventually able to squeak out a sentence asking him what I was supposed to do. He then said you can try to call your provider. And as I trying to ask another question he walked away with no regard for the fact that I was speaking or that he was working with a customer in any sense of the word. He referred to my prescription as a hot commodity. And I assure you this could not have been any more offensive or offputting. I hope this person gets fired and has time to reflect on how sensitive this topic can be not to mention that it is their job to make sure we have alternative methods to get to our medication considering we are not mind readers we are just trying to stay well and hope that we have dependable pharmacists/techs. I am super curious what the DEA or other practitioners would have thought. Because mine was absolutely mortified. Thanks for ruining my day and my opinion of your store. You have no business working in customer service. I have 18 years experience with it myself. Maybe next time you would like to take a moment and remember that you have no idea who you are talking to. Take it to Rite Aid folks!!!

I like the fact that almost every employee in the pharmacy knows me by name. I had my 2nd dose of Pfizer's Covid-19 vaccines, yesterday. All I can say is the two pharmacists that had administered the shots, were both very friendly, and the shot is so quick. The pharmacists put your mind at ease of you're nervous. But, it's definitely worth getting!!!

Picked this Walgreens to get my Covid vaccination. If you have a choice to get it ANYWHERE else, DO IT! My appointment was for 6:35pm. I arrived at 6:15pm. I finally received my vaccination at 8:20pm. They were NOT prepared. They had ONE PERSON giving the vaccine and ONE PERSON checking people in for the vaccine. If you were there to pick up a medication you had to stand in the same line as people waiting for vaccines. It was a total cluster...
