Absolutely amazing and quick services. They’re very knowledgeable about everything you need to know about there services and they’re super friendly. Whenever you have a problem they quickly try to solve the problem as fast as they can! We got a PO Box and they walked us through all the information about having one. Definitely a trustworthy place to check out.

They have been refusing to deliver my mail the past three days. My mailbox is shoveled enough that the mail carrier could get to the mailbox. Its like a 40 foot sweep basically. And I even put ice melt on the ice that was left that I couldn't shovel. I've sent in 3 complaints now. And I had to speak to corporate today. They need to up their game. If there was a way to show photos proving my mailbox is shoveled then I'd show it.

So I had an important letter from the VA, one that required a prompt response for a Medical Appointment which is now canceled and having to be rescheduled because the Post Office didn’t even attempt to deliver the letter. I only found out because a slip was left in my mail box, I was home when the slip was delivered and the Postman did not even get out of his vehicle to walk not even 20 feet to my front door to hand deliver my letter- and both my Fiancé’s and my Car were parked right outside the garage door. Common sense indicates that some one is home, also if this was a signed letter than OBVIOUSLY it’s important and shouldn’t be missed. But because the post office employees are to lazy to get out of their vehicles to walk a few feet to my door I have to wait another several weeks to get my appointment booked. This is the most unprofessional post office I have ever had to deal with.

You are probably better off going to the post office and asking them there.I think most of the people who will answer a question here are, like myself, just a local guide. You could also try looking on their website, which is USPS.com
Times are posted in the lobby when mail is done. You can come earlier than the posted time, but you might not be getting all your mail.
The 20 Allen St, Rochester, NH 03867 Post Office doesnt believe in delivering mail, advise anyone sending you mail to ship from a different post office in the area.
