I have been going to Michael Charles for many years. Marc is a great instructor and has helped me get through some barriers I never thought possible. They set up all my guitars and have worked on my amps and always do a great job. Chuck is a great guy and always a pleasure to talk with. Prices are always more than reasonable as well.

Michael Charles Music store is a valuable music source for the Rochester community. Chuck, Mark, Dale, and the other teachers have taught my children guitar. They have always been extremely encouraging to my children, and taught them so much! They are all exceptional musicians. Whenever we have needed musical equipment, they have gone above and beyond to get us what we need. Rochester is very fortunate to have Michael Charles Music!

Best experience at a music store! The owner was very friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable! There prices were very fair too! Most things were cheaper than what you can find online! I highly recommend this store to any musician! lots of new and used inventory. Has repair and instruction on premises. Very Reasonably-priced guitar repairs. Prices are Great! for everything I inquired about. Definitely worth a visit.

I believe they are flexible but you would still need to find an opening at a time you are available. Mark is an outstanding guitar instructor.

Thanks Doug. Emily, we have used flutes, 2 or 3 right now, 195 each, all have been gone through by our band instrument repairman. We do not have any harps. We carry harmonicas, however, often referred to a "harps. Not traditional harps, though. Thank you for your questions! Chuck
Yes they do.. guitars and amps, mainly, but their knowledge is extensive and they are very helpful.. they'll point you in the right direction in any case.
