These guys are the property managers of slumlords. I would be wary of leasing a property from these guys or contracting them for managing your rental property. If you want to improve conditions here you should get competent maintenance staff. Pretty sick of waiting months sometimes years to have problems addressed by an incompetent guy jury rigging everything from the smallest issue to the largest NH 48-A housing standards violations.

Suck it up
You should look elsewhere. These units are moldy, maintenance is non existent and frankly these units are over priced. You will have to deal with people digging through your garbage, smoke in all the common areas, loud neighbors at all hours. The laundry prices just went up and the machines do not work well at all, there is a sewage smell that surrounds the property and comes in the units from the windows. The bathroom vents also blow into each others bathrooms so yours will probably vent to your neighbor above or below you and theirs will vent in to yours, sense those don't work you can expect your windows to freeze shut during the winter. Also there is a guy here who digs through the trash so you cant expect any privacy in that regard either.
