It's a place to get help with food, they have a cheap store where you can donate items that you don't want as anymore and they helped me with registration of my car. They are open Monday and Wednesday from 12pm to 3pm. If you need help a great place to go.

we would suggest first checking with your local city welfare office as well as with funeral home. We can offer some assistance to help fill in gaps
No, sorry, we have not done that program in many years.
We help with basic needs such as food, clothing, diapers, back rent, security deposits, basic utilities, emergency heating, and urgent medical needs.
Mondays 1pm - 3:15pm; Wednesdays 10am - 3:15pm; Fridays 1pm - 3:15pm Closed on all holidays and Rochester School Snow Days Please Note: We are closed all next week (July 1 - July 5) for our Annual Volunteer Summer Break
The shed is emptied twice a week by our volunteers. Sometimes donors fill up the shed (such as when they are moving and have lots to donate or if a relative passes away or moves into assisted living). Sorry, but we have no control over this. You are always welcome to bring your donations directly to the Shop if the shed is full.
