My mother's day gift was thawed, melted, carelessly left at the wrong address when the correct address was labeled on the package and I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor and that still hasn't happened! TERRIBLE DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

All my boxes were dropped at my garage door, not front door. No one knocked or rang the door bell. Being in a hurry is not keeping safety in mind.

This is not a normal place to drop off packages. It's a sorting facility where truckloads of packages come, get sorted to vans and delivered by drivers. Don't expect easy access because you have to go through a security gate. Friendly staff, friendly delivery drivers, great company!
