They NEVER pick up the phone. I have been trying to call for a week now and every time I call no one answers . The phone constantly rings and one time someone picked the phone up and just sat there saying absolutely nothing. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Depending on how long it has been since you graduated from high school, you can go to your high school if graduation was within 10 years. Otherwise, you must go to the Baltimore City school records. You can request it online.

You need to go though your district superintendents office for HS records unless the school is closed and if that's the case call MSDE. :)
