Had a great experience. The sales associate Carmella was knowledgeable and very attentive to what my needs were in a pair of dress boots that I wanted. I'll be back later to purchase them at a later date. Much better visit and experience than my last one.

Wow has this store gone down hill! My family has shopped at this store for 30 years and my most recent shopping experience was awful. Clearly Judy and Tom are no longer involved because I highly doubt they would tolerate the attitude of the staff. No one smiles or is friendly. No one wants to help, no service at all. When you go to check out and actually pay for product, it’s as if you are bothering the staff. I would get a better customer service by shopping on-line. Manager Jen does not care either. Really sad to see from this Main St staple.

Took an associate overhearing me say to my husband that it was difficult to confirm the staff. The associate was helpful and offered several choices, allowed me time to walk around wearing the shoes while my husband looked for his shoes. Helped with questions about other products that we asked about. Prices are competitive and nice store layout and good lighting.
