This DCYF location loves to tear families apart even over false accusations. A lady named Lisa that works here makes up lies to tear families apart. She should be fired for lying and have to find work elsewhere, go work at McDonalds. You think you're doing the right thing for these kids but you're only hurting them by taking them away from their real families. But you'll get yours one day Lisa. Have fun rotting in hell.

While my child was in the custody of DCYF. After she cut herself and their therapist never reported it i had to take action! They continued with the same woman & company even after!! Not with me. I found another company for them. They have harmed my child and neglected her and I have proof!

I gave them a one because I had to. We have Incompetent social workers, uncaring social workers, lying social workers the new head of DCYF Ribsam refuses to return calls. Dcyf has reports from doctors- teachers- bus drivers of abuse that have been ignored. Mom was arrested for child endangerment but the NH DCYF has done nothing to protect those kids. NH DCYF has to have the most incompetent employees in the nation ! They're that bad! No wonder kids are being killed at the hands of their parents ! NH DCYF is just as guilty as the abusers for taking on such an important job and then failing simply because they just don't care. Or their lazy I'm not sure.

My one year old daughter had her leg broken at a child care facility. No one saw anything. I called the police and DCYF, I emailed, contacted supervisors, contacted the board for childcare licensing, contacted the governor's office, anything to try and have the facility looked into. No one was interviewed, nothing was investigated. A year later, DCYF contacted me and told me they were closing the investigation. Nothing was ever done. My daughter was one year old when it happened. How can DCYF be in charge of helping children? How does something like this even happen? I still cry about it and worry about other people's children going there.
