I had the pleasure of working with Su when I purchased my brand new 2022 Audi S3! She was so fun to work with and so informative and made my car buying process easy! She encouraged me to reach out to her after I install some modifications because she wanted to see. I have never had a salesperson ask me to do that. It shows she wants to for form actual relationships with her customers and isn’t just focused on the sale and then be done with me. She encouraged me to contact her if I had any questions after the purchase! She really is an amazing salesperson and I would recommend anyone who wants an Audi to go see her!

Wow! This was my first experience with Audi of Norwell, and I am impressed! My Q5 (purchased at Toyota) had a recall, and I was told to bring it to an Audi dealership. I chose Audi of Norwell because they were able to fit me in within 2 weeks and offered me a rental for my inconvenience. What??? Ok! I was sold then, but when I dropped my car off and my Q3 rental was waiting for me, I was impressed even further. The gentleman then told me that I was due for a free service in addition to the recall and it would be done today so I didn’t have to drive back there another day. There were a lot of people in service, dropping their cars off and I thought I’d be getting my car back at closing time. So wrong! In less than 3 hours, I received a call that my vehicle was ready. .When I picked up my car, everything was ready and my car was driven up to me. They even washed my car!!!! It looked and drove fantastically!!!!! Everyone who works there was so friendly, helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance to me. They gained a customer for life! Thank you Audi of Norwell!!!!!!

This is the worst dealer I’ve ever purchased a car from. Their customer service is terrible. They overcharge for their services and never have a loaner to give while servicing your car. 3 months after purchasing a certified preowned Audi 2018 Q5, I’ve had 2 flat tires, 2 recalls and had to bring my car in to add more oil. A car with 30,000 miles needing more oil.? Is unheard of, the car turns off after shifting gears In the morning. The dealer sold me a junk I need to spend money fixing now. To add insult to injury, Audi roadside assistance which I know is independently from this dealer left me stranded for 24 hours causing my car to be towed 2 times because they would not show up. The dealer did nothing to remedy the mess Audi roadside assistance created. I lost a day of work, 400 dollars in tows and 24 hours of my time. All of this happened because The car was sold to me with missing parts to replace their deflated tires and allow any tow truck to replace the tires. Please don’t shop here use another Audi dealer if you want good customer service and to receive good quality service that you paid for by owning an Audi.
