Whoever works in the customer service booth, they are all rude, no smile even if you wish them, It's OK even if they don't wish you but they are very cold and rude, I have been coming to this store for the past 12 years, for the past couple of years it's been like this, especially the young girls. I don't know whether the covid changed everybody's attitude or the management is not training the staff properly how to treat the customers well. They need good training. Don't make us go to the new supermarket which is just opened in Hanover we like to be loyal to your store.

I went into Stop and Shop and had a poor experience at self checkout. For multiple items they did not register on the machine or the weight didn’t match my items. The worker had to come help, but seemed angry at our issues rather than willing to help. For how long the process took, the prices were not worth the trouble.

This is one of the best Stop & Shops I have ever been in. It is really clean and freshly renovated so it looks beautiful. They have a great selection of products ( as most Stop & Shops do). I will definitely be coming back to the Stop & Shop because it was so nice.

I always go to Stop & Shop for my grocery needs. But seriously, what's up with the 6 foot tall, creepy robot wandering around?? It's either following people, or getting so close to you, it feels like a violation of your personal space. I mean...what? Regular security isn't enough? They say the robot is supposedly there to detect, "spills", in the aisles. Although usually, I believe the loud noise of something falling off the shelves, would quickly get the attention of employees? I don't like the robot. My kid doesn't like the robot & never has. Actually every kid I have talked to about it or brought into the store with me, doesn't like the robot either. I believe it's name is, "Marty",...? Regardless- I usually do try to shop elsewhere now. Just saying..the robot creeps people out..
