I currently live here and I definitely regret renting here.. The apartment is so nasty.. roaches are EVERYWHERE!! I keep my place clean and spray every week and still see them! the walls are paper thin.. you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.. the floors creak loudly with every step, the doors are not properly aligned and get stuck when opening and closing them.. My front door can easily be kicked in. and there's a huge gap on the bottom of the door. The cabinet doors are all crooked.. I can go on and on about the faults here. When I first applied for these apartments the rent was set at 750.. then by the time I signed the lease it went up to 900! I should have known then not to sign.. but I needed a place.. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here!! STAY AWAY!

Theres been lots of bad reviews of past landlords. I've only been here since Laura has been here and I havent had any issues with her. My a/c was broke, got a new one, garbage disposal broke, got a new one. This is our first apartment and so far weve had nothing but great experiences with Laura and all the maintenance men we see around. It's a friendly community and everyone says hello to each other. Fairly quiet and not a lot of children running around.

I have lived here for 6 months. Six more to go. Had to complain about maintenance man showing me too much attention. Wrote to corporate in New Jersey. Not a good place for single females! Also very unprofessional. They have a gentleman who is mentally challenged who is a tenant and he volunteers to help the maintenance man. He gropes his groin at the females. He did it to me. I am going to contact Pasco County Housing Authority. The rental manager knows about these guys. I informed her.
