I've lived in the complex for a few years now and it's the best apartment living experience I've ever had. The property is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is always attentive when I need something. And when I call the emergency line for anything, my concerns are taken care of quickly and effectively. Crystal has always done an excellent job managing.

I lived there 2009 to 2011 when I got a house. It was average then. Staff was friendly. Maintenance was good. A few seedy residents but som really good ones too. I liked the pool. Good location. It's in Hudson, FL not Bayonet Point. Looks like they painted it. I only paid $460 for a 1 BR. That included $10 for my cat.

We moved in 6 weeks ago and we've had issues daily. When we moved into our apartment it wasn't even punched or cleaned. The AC had to be charged the same day we moved in. We have a bad shower valve that has a continuous drip and it still hasn't been fixed. It took them a week or more to change out our stove. Our AC isn't working again so they installed a window unit that looks terrible. They don't even have a certified AC tech on staff. My list could go on and on but I don't even want to waist any more of my time explaining everything they do enough of that already. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
