I love my Fiat 500X, but the service is terrible. I have had mine since 2018, and I have been in this dealership for different type of services aprox. 6 times, only once the service was completed. I’m just coming back home from Planet Fiat in Doral (33178). I went to have my Fiat 500X checked because the Tire Press System stopped working. Their answer was that they have too many cars pending for service and I have to leave my car there 4-5 days for them to check it. 4-5 days my car PARKED there 😡 for they to be able to diagnose the problem. This lack of service capacity and quality has been a problem since 2019, meaning that COVID is not an excuse.

Place it’s ok But don’t even try to call them they never reply and ifffff they reply they put you on hold for hours because they are lazy and dont want work!
