I went for service as always the service was impeccable. Steve professional and courteous help me out and speedy out the process really quick. Cannot say enough good things about South Miami Alfa Romeo. In todays car buying market, they were the only dealer which gave me their absolute best price right up front and were unbelievably transparent and accommodating through the entire process. Betty was a joy to work with. She was amazingly patient and kind and Sammy, the General Manager was always willing to answer any questions. They even offered to have a salesman take the car to my home so that my wife could drive it herself. First class experience and an incredible car!

I have been a life long Alpha fan and I love our 2019 Guilia and so I decided to keep it. You think that would be simple, but South Miami Alfa Romeo isn't processing any more lease buyouts this month and offer no flexibility. First they communicated it was due to a technology issue and then they suggested it was due to the company they use to process these transactions isn't accepting any more for the month. Since my research suggests they make no money on providing this service, there is little to no incentive to provide the proper customer service. Our problem is we are moving out of town at the of the month. Horrible customer service!!!
