Professional, easy and thorough. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this location for the duration of ownership. Carlos my service advisor was wonderful! We spoke about my concerns, he was flexible and accommodating with request and was extremely pleasant. As a first time customer I was very satisfied with my appointment and highly recommend this service location to my friends and family.

What an AMAZING experience with Colby!! He made it a smooth process for us to get our Audi SQ5. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable about Audis and type of options you’d like. I would recommend to anybody that goes to Audi Westwood to ask for Colby - it’ll be an easy process!

My vehicle was recently serviced for a recall at Audi Westwood. The recall appointment was supposed to take two hours but my car was there for 7.5 hours. When the service provider, Lauren asked if I had any other issues that needed to be addressed, I told her about the constant messages i get from the Audi Connect. She told me they would address it. After a long grueling day waiting for my car I again asked if the Audi Connect had been addressed and she told me that it had. The tech said it was loose. I drove away and got about three miles and the error message came up again. When I got home and was able to look at the app on my phone it seems its unplugged. I called the next day and had a brief conversation with Lauren and expressed my frustration. She told me she would talk to the tech and get back to me. I have not heard from here since, have left two messages for her and for the service manager. All unanswered. I bought my car there and cannot understand how they treat a good customer in this fashion.

Ahhhhhmazing service! My husband and I had an appointment at a competitive dealer down the street to purchase a used Audi Q7. After trying to negotiate with them about a ripped bumper, many scratches and interior panel damage they refused to even take one dollar off of the 4000 we requested. To be honest I think that they were bothered that we were there. We started to drive home disappointed and saw Audi of Westwood and decided to take a chance and swing in. behold we found our dream car!! bigger engine much better condition loaded completely loaded to the hilt! Peter Ness was our sales person and he was amazing. He knows everything about the car everything about the company and his passion about his job he made us completely comfortable and not only that gave us many tutorials even a week later as we were driving down to Washington DC I needed help he was our personal technical person if you will LOL. The GM of the dealership his name is Ed he is amazing asked who my sales person was and then threw in a sweatshirt with the car purchase are you kidding me who does that? Audi Westwood goes above and beyond the level of service so if you’re in the market to buy a car no matter what purchase one from Peter! Best dealership ever. Clean. Nice energy (hard to find) people who actually care enough so much- that compelled me to write this review. Good 👍🏻 job. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you. Jeff and Nicole j

They are very good. There is significant spacing between seating for individuals and they have space for couples or a small group. It comfortabke and safe.

mine 2017 Q7 has only 13k miles. It has very loud squeaking noise when braking. Is there any recall on this issue?

Well Mommy is a new car and with that mileage and to make that little sound when braking it may be that the discs are critalized and you have to change them or send them to turn, or chequate the calipers there may be one that is loose and that has a metal which is that it warns you when you have to change the brakes and dreams fine when you hit the brake, or pass your hand to the disc if teeth nails lines or stripes around the disc you have to buy a new one, because it seems that they ran that car with the brakes very short and a line was made and when they run the car and brake it is a slot on the disc and it is not worth to buy the new calipers who want to continue making the noise ok I hope that there answer your question J.NIEVES
