Fish service was excellent. Very willing to take the time with customers. Super job of educating about fish choices. Walked in 15 minutes to close, but the staff was still awesome.

I always go to look at the kitties. I have 4 of my own so I like to get my "need another cat" fix. Store is clean, no one says hi anymore and the cats are perfect. Truly, I only go for the cats because they have way more personality than the employees.

I went in to purchase a collar ... Paid full price! Realized they had an entire wall of markdown items. I purchased a leash collar and doggy bowl, at reduced price. I returned the caller and got all three items instead. Thank u

The store is fine but if you need vet services go somewhere else. I had an appointment for my dog and they were a no show. This would not have been good if my dog was ill. I did not receive notification until after the time of my appointment. I was not the only customer this had happened to. Anyone with a early day appointment got stood up. Again find another veterinarian service for your pets sake.
