Clean and organized but so many signs that checking in was not obvious. The check in was at the back. Nobody there until after I found the computer to do self check-in. They no longer take AHCCCS so go to Walmart.

The biggest issue I have with this clinic is the lack of professionalism. I waited nearly an hour after my set appointment. The person said they were new and still figuring out the system, so I accepted that, but she made me feel uncomfortable once I was in there. She had no filter, borderline insulted me a few times and said she was just trying to help me but I ended up crying in the parking lot after because it was just too much. I don’t usually write reviews, but holy cow.

Have always received good care at the Minute Clinic. I was; however, very disappointed to receive a shingles vaccine there only to find out later that they could not process it through our insurance under our drug coverage. The insurance; therefore, declined it and I received $179 bill. I do believe that I should have been made aware of that before receiving the vaccine. I have since then found I can get the 2nd vaccine required at the cvs pharmacy so it can be processed properly and leaving me with only a $40 fee to be paid.

Scheduled my appointment ahead of time, showed up and checked in 15 minutes early, and still had to wait for 2 other patients before I was seen well after my scheduled time. The lady was very nice but I don't think she ran my insurance properly so my insurance informed me I have a bill from MinuteClinic. MinuteClinic has not sent me a bill and I can't get ahold of anyone online or over the phone, so I have no idea how I'm supposed to pay.
