I have been going to NextCare on Northern for 5 years I have and good care for the most part. But what I saw that really bothered me and was way out of line. First off I set up an appointment to be seen at 7:30 I checked in at 7:15. They asked if I would like to wait in my car. I now why they were insistent on that. They asked me to take a seat and I would be called. But what happened next was very wrong and hope something will be done with this. Other came in after me and the checked in and then they went directly over to the where someone from the staff took them to the back immediately after they got there I have never seen anything like that in any other time I was there. There was a women that had been \waiting there longer than me and I saw 3 people check in and immediately taken to the back for treatment. These front staff people need to be fired and I will go higher up until this is corrected. You can contact me if you want to talk to me in person

The office staff was very kind and helpful with the check in and check out process. The Dr. I saw, was Dr. Keys. He and his assistant were very knowledgeable and compassionate with all of my medical needs. They answered all of my questions. Made me feel at ease. Over all I had excellent care. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone.

Very professional with the front desk, quick in attending our walk in visit. Waited about 20 minutes to get called in even with 5 people ahead of me. Nice clean reception area. Room was clean as well. Doctor was friendly and already knew what my boy needed for his eye infection. Very pleased with this place and would recommend it.

Had to find an urgent care and was able to get in and out. There is always a wait for any appointment and was prepared with my phone and earplugs. Well didn’t really get to enjoy on catching up on anything because was called in and seen in a timely manner. This place was recommended to me by a friend. I would recommend this place since the other urgent care by my house was already closed for the night.
