My buddies and I were motorcycling through Arizona and stopped at The Hotel Clifton. We LOVED our stay here. Karen, one of the owners, was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. She gave great recommendations on what rooms would best fit our needs and was a valuable resource for history of the hotel and town, of which there is quite a lot! Clifton Hotel is a beautiful old-fashioned style hotel with fantastic service, rooms, and a cozy atmosphere. At only ten minutes from the front mine gate, this is a great place to stay if you are on-site for a few weeks. Ask to see the "before" pictures, Karen and Matt have put their sweat into making this historic hotel a great stop for anyone!

The Clifton Hotel was a wonderful experience. The owners are just simply amazing and so welcoming it was above and beyond anything we could have imagined. This renovated hotel has a history behind it that just has to be seen to truly understand the love and passion behind this restored hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very well done with your modern amenities. We will be back, i can honestly say they made us feel like family and Karen and Matt were top notch in everything. Do yourself a favor venture to Clifton and stay at the Clifton Hotel take a stroll to the cave jail across the bridge at night its a little spooky then grab a drink at the hotel bar and get some apps. You wont regret the stay.
