I stayed here to split up a long drive from Austin to Palo Duro. The check in and checkout process was hassle free, staff are friendly and professional, and the room was clean. The exercise room had some strange equipment which I assume is an alternative to the usual squat rack you find in a gym for liability reasons. There are free weights and treadmills though, which is all I really expect for a hotel. The pool seemed like it receives regular maintenance but hadn't had any attention that day. Swimmable, but a few bugs on the surface.

Decided to stay at Hampton inn because it was pet friendly. We got here to check in and they charged me an extra $172. Cleaning fee she said. Would have been nice if they mentioned that part.

The manager of this place is very arrogant and rude!!! The waffle maker needs to be replaced, there was a hair in my breakfast food, the counter top in the bathroom is built of a 5 degree slant everything tips over. My room key didn't work three times. The shower turn on knob is not where it is normally located hidden. The manager rolled her eyes at me several times. And argued with me. No snacks offered to hold members on check in. The entire place had no integrity beware this cost me three hours of time. Not recommended!!!

The service was excellent! The hotel is well kept and it was quiet. The room was clean and it was a great price! They have breakfast but we definitely slept through it- smelled good on the way out though. The beds were comfortable! 10/10 would stay again!
