I had Shalie as my stylist and WOW! This girl scared me, and I'm a grown man! Something was off & she was going so fast & hitting the shavers into my head. Also moving my head around like I was a ragdoll & getting upset if my head moved a centimeter. After all that, she came around the register to do my CC transaction for me. I wasn't even having any problems doing it. Then proceeded to stand over my shoulder and tell me that this is where I tip her. It was crazy! Something was off with her, I hope this location recognizes this employees customer service and fixes it. I've been coming here for yrs & never had anything like this happen.

did not get the girls name, but she hacked and slashed and done in less then 10 minutes un even on one side first time I have had this bad a cut there will have to let grow out to fix it not a happy camper!

I used the app to book a time. They were very busy with only a few people on the floor. I just needed a trim, nothing too drastic. The stylist was very helpful and listened to my concerns and advised me how to manage some issues I was having with my hair. Also, she might appreciate a coffee as part of her tip, lol.

Not too long of wait, even though they have alot of ppl on list. They usually don't show up so you end up not waiting very long. Alway have great haircut, love great clips!
