Was informed my truck was leaking oil and transmission fluid. They wouldn't change my oil!! My truck does not leak..I have NO leaks on my driveway..I've had vehicle for 8 years..I would know if it leaked..

Today I went into Jiffy Lube for my oil change. My car has been getting premium blend since I have had it but today while the guy who was going over everything with me told me they were out and suggested for me to get premium synthetic. I hesitated but he offered to take $20 off. After going over the rest he told me he would also take off the $5 coolant and $20 off one of my filters. We both said thank you and I went back into the lobby. A female checked me out after everything was said and done but didn’t go back over the prices because the guy did that in the first place. On my way home I realized there was no money taken off at all other than the $5 coolant was taken off. I called and drove back up there. The guy lied to both me and the manager saying that he told me to tell them at the register to apply the coupon. Also the manager said that they did have my oil in stock. Yet she said they couldn’t do nothing about it. No voucher nor no void for a refund. I would’ve happily taken a void and paid back what I owed with the $20 off. In all I paid $220 for a oil change and two filters.

I don't really visit, expedited workmanship locations. However the people at this Jiffy Lube location are quick, fast, friendly and most importantly diligent and professional. I would recommend this location to everyone. You'll receive great, honest service there.

Everything went great until they came and told me it was done, so I paid the bill and went to get into it. As I got in, I noticed stuff from my glove box was on my dash! A technician came over and told me that he was sorry, but my car wasn’t finished yet and politely asked me to go back inside to wait until they finished putting the ordered air filter in. They had just arrived with it. He opened the door for me to go back inside. A few minutes later I was told it was finished and could go home now! I got in, checked the glove box, and drove home safely.
