Customer service isn’t in the vocabulary here!!!. They will nickel and dime you in fee’s while providing next to nothing in service. I’ve been here for near 3 years and the quality just drops while pricing raises, with incredibly condescending leasing agents. If you hate stressful places, avoid here at all cost!!!

We needed a short term living situation while our new house was being built. Easily secured an apartment while still out of state and the office staff were beyond helpful when I had questions. Delays on our house required us to stay longer than expected but our short term lease rolled into a month to month lease with no issue. Finally gave our notice and again were impressed by the office staff on their friendliness and professionalism to work with us for moving out. Thank you La Borgata!
