Update: Well there is new management in office thank God. They have so far been way better. They keep in contact with us and fix things in a timely matter, well in the apartment anyway. BUT here we go again with the pool always being closed specially during summer, when it's most needed. They say on the fence for cleaning yet I've seen know one in there doing that. Although the pool does look clean besides the spa its green. The email says closed until further notice but no explanation or time frame. I understand theres regular maintenance needed but its been closed 3 times since summer started. We have kids off school, its really hot and we pay alot of money to stay here. The worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend living here. office staff is horrible. We've emailed, sent pictures and called about numerous issues throughout our stay here. And we either get no response or a response like you can fix that yourself or you caused the issues. Except not in those exact words. We have so much proof and are getting tired of paying so much to live here to be treated like this. I hope that corporate can fix the people in the office and the issues we have before people may decide to take further legal action. There are many tenants that are tired of this. We pay our bills monthly and rental insurance, I believe we should be getting what we pay for.

New managers took over in May and they are incredible. I was actually preparing to move because the property manager was so bad; VERY bad. I could go on and on about the horrific treatment we received at her hands but instead I will focus on the management now. They are responsive, pleasant, helpful and most of all bringing a sense of community. I don't really know any of my neighbors after a year of living here and they have already started to make changes to bring us together. From treat days to entice us into the office to talk of pool parties and the like. The pool was dirty and not really usable. One of the first things they have done is clean the pool and I'm sure that is just the beginning of the improvements to the pool area. We are in Arizona so of course the pool and condition of the chaise and tables and umbrellas is very important. I look forward to future improvements such as the gates actually working and the access panel working to opening the gates. Oh, and maintenance requests being completed. I have renewed my lease and will be staying for another year.

I paid $2,000 in rent and I couldn't even use the pool because there's so many bees and wasps my 6-month-old baby got stung it's obviously infested told maintenance many times haven't done anything about it Fed up
