The potential is there. But the manager does not show the willingness to improve the customer service at this location. We approached her because the item we received was not as ordered and we had more to share . Her attitude was one that we were an inconvenience. Her assistant took over. And we further explained that not only was the burger we order not correct. It was packaged and served to us on a moldy bun!! The item was replaced but they never apologized. We will not be returning. I have photos but I will save you the disgust. We will be reporting to the proper authorities.

I won't complain about service because I know it's tough right now, but the quality of the food and what people order should at least be up to par. Our food looked like it was thrown together with no care. The bun of the burger was smashed, the lettuce in the taco salad was wilted and the fries were cold. I realize fast food isn't gourmet, but when you're in a rush and short on time, the quality of your food shouldn't be compromised. Sad to leave a bad review, but maybe this feedback will help you improve.

Great location and very close by. They weren't busy when I went for Taco Tuesday in the evening. The service was fast, and we only waited about two minutes for our order after paying for it. The tacos were crunchy and tasted great. Del Taco is the best fast food place to go for Taco Tuesday.

Ordered a steak quesadilla and I got a carne asada soft taco instead. Girl who took my order couldn't understand English and the manager was annoyed when he brought out my food and I told him I needed the recipt please. He rolled his eyes and went back inside and made the girl who took my order bring it out to us. She wasn't very happy either. They had a sign on their outside window now hiring up to $15.00 per hour, I hope they get employees who are worth that and can at least at the minimum do the job and if the employees at this location including the male manager aren't happy there please quit or go elsewhere because taking your bad attitude out on your customers isn't really good business. I tried to do this on their website but it wouldn't let you enter details and kicks you off their site so I was forced to do that here unfortunately. I wouldn't recommend this location because order accuracy doesn't exist, you won't be understood and you'll be treated like an inconvenience. For the $30 I spent I could have ordered a nicer lunch from olive garden or went to Carl's Jr instead. For $30 I didn't even order any drinks and red lobster is also in the area as well as chick fil a. I'd avoid this place unless you're looking for a very bad experience.
