Absolutely horrible. Went there for my ' free' oil change and tire rotation. Got a call balancing my tires at 12,000 miles was recommended. Not a bad idea. Mind you they had to pull the tires anyway, $62 to balance tires!!! They don't take appointments, advertise ' while you wait '. Took 5 hours. What idiot would do that again???

Everything about working was this dealership was a good experience. They were excellent at communicating with me, never pushy, very transparent, and all around just easy to work with and polite. I found them by using the inventory search on Ford's website while looking for a specific color Bronco Sport with specific options included. I drove 4.5 hours to pick up a vehicle from them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The first person to answer the phone, the main salesman I worked with, the finance guy who helped me, and everyone in between was just fantastic. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle, buy here.

I've been getting all my service done at the Quick Lane in Wake Forest for nearly 3 years. I have never been disappointed. I had a turn signal that had gone out, so I bought a bulb so I could change it once I got home. Jerome, the tech that completed my service took it upon himself and changed the bulb for me and never mentioned it. That my friends is someone going the extra mile and taking pride in what he does. THANK YOU!!!!!!

When you’re out trying to purchase a vehicle you usually are apprehensive when you hit the lot. You have fear that often you won’t have enough alone time to see the vehicle before being approached. Well no fear of this at crossroads ford wake forest. We walked around several minutes and had to make an unusual amount of effort to get a salesman’s attention. Once we made contact the gentleman disappeared then we were approached by another salesman who seemed to be busy on a phone call while trying to have an interaction with us. During this whole situation we noticed that the center of the dealership look like a helm of a ship with the crew all in one place. The salesman came back and we asked a few more questions and waited patiently. Well at some point he got the info but stayed 10 yards away from us just out of ear shot. The reason I’m mentioning this is when grown men glance , laugh , stall and have conversations among themselves while they realize their being watched it’s not a good look. So at this point the helm looked like a big fraternity huddle making light of wasting our time. Let me be clear after the interaction with animal house we contacted another ford dealership. Being that the following dealership gave us a complete 180 feel from John Belushi and the guys in wake forest ford we ordered a Brand New Bronco through them on the spot. So I hope this falls on the ears of the right people responsible for the lack of professional interaction we didn’t receive. Notice I didn’t single out a name because collectively the experience there was a failure. Tell John we appreciate it.

I think average price running around 37,000 they are not doing the greatest and sales near me it looks like they have round 200 in stock compared to any other vehicle they are selling around 30 average in stock
