Overall, Modern Infiniti does well. The service advisor, Dustin B., takes care of me. He communicates and keeps me updated of what exactly is going as well as, advising me if there are any major issues or concerns that needs to be taken care of on my vehicle. Shawn, the other service advisor, is very helpful as well. Both advisor's are knowledgeable! The only issues I have are with the parts dept and the mechanics - lack of communication and not paying attention to the service order!

"Thanks for purchase" was the email that I received after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. That email accurately summarizes the quality of service we have received from this dealership, from messed up paperwork that was due to the financial guy rushing to leave, or the "detailed" car with soot around the exhaust pipes and gum wrappers/crumbs in the rear floorboards, or possibly the grease and oil left on inside passenger floorboard/door frame after having to bring the car back when a check engine light magically came on the day after we brought the car home. This entire process has been the worst process my wife and I have ever experienced and the communication/scheduling has been abysmal to say the least. The only positive thing's that have come from this has been our new vehicle (which is now back at bmw and no idea when it will be ready or fixed, and they were nice enough to bring us a dirty rental vehicle with 58 miles of fuel left in the tank for my wife to make the hour long trip home after she just spent 70 dollars making sure the BMWs tank was full so it could be driven to the dealership for the emission repairs) and the absolutely wonderful Shon. He has been nothing but amazing in helping us get things taken care of. But at this point, this entire process has become a struggle and has been extremely frustrating/tiring to deal with, and they have offered us absolutely nothing to make up for anything that has happened other than fixing the things that SHOULD have been taken care of prior to us taking the vehicle home. The only one that has even bothered to apologize is Shon and he never even had anything to do with our transaction. I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt I needed to speak up about this entire situation. I truly hope they can make things right and that this review will change one day.

Warren is the best! Honest, direct, if he doesn't know the answer he'll find it or deduce it in seconds. Excellent personal interaction, just a nice man, no pressure, most pleasant car buying experience of my life and I'm over 50. GO SEE WARREN! Top notch salesman at a top notch dealership, which is locally owned BTW.

Have had issues with the service department previously, they have since been more responsive. Purchased a car over the weekend and have tried to speak with the sales manager Jordan, but he will not return my call. Interesting how quickly they will respond if you are buying, but if there is an issue to discuss, they don’t feel it is as important.
